Fields
The fields it needs
Assign every field to the recipient who has to fill it in. A field with no owner is the most common reason a document comes back unfinished.

Before you send
What to get right
- Send it in order, not to both at once, so the receiving party sees a document that is already committed to.
- A mutual agreement needs the same fields twice, one set per side. Assign each set to its own recipient or people will sign in the wrong box.
- Set an expiry on the request. An unsigned agreement sitting open for months is a loose end.
